Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Avalor handles when you visit https://avalor.gg/ or contact us about selling gaming accounts, in-game items, virtual currencies, gift cards or game codes, why we use it, who it may be shared with, and how to make a request. We follow a data-minimization approach: we aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for eligibility checks, ownership verification, fraud prevention, transaction administration, dispute handling and recordkeeping.

Avalor, based in Karachi, Pakistan, is responsible for information it receives from sellers and visitors. Contact: info@avalor.gg.

The website has no contact forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising trackers, and its own code does not set cookies or store information in your browser. Information reaches Avalor only when you choose to contact us by email or Discord.

When you contact Avalor or proceed with a transaction, we may receive: contact details such as your email address or Discord username; asset details such as the game, account or item description, quantity and region; ownership and verification evidence such as screenshots or other reasonably required documents; confirmation of age or identity where needed; and transaction records such as agreed terms, transfer status, amounts, payment method details, payment references and related communications.

Please do not send unnecessary personal information. Avalor does not ask for account passwords, two-factor authentication codes or recovery codes as routine verification evidence.

Like most websites, the service that hosts Avalor's website may automatically process technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, for delivery and security purposes.

When you open the website, your browser also connects to: Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which supplies the website's fonts; and Trustpilot (widget.trustpilot.com), which supplies the embedded "Review us on Trustpilot" widget. These services receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. Clicking a link to Discord, Trustpilot, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn takes you to that service, where its own privacy policy applies. Email links open your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

Information may be used to: respond to enquiries and provide seller support; confirm seller eligibility, including age; assess ownership, authenticity and transferability; prevent fraud and protect security; communicate offers and agree transaction terms; coordinate permitted transfers and returns; process and record payments; handle complaints, disputes, refunds and reversals; and meet applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Avalor may rely on taking steps you request before entering an agreement, performing an agreement, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, or consent where required.

Information is shared only where reasonably necessary, with: the payment provider used for an agreed transaction (such as the seller's bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, Binance or Payoneer); communication services used to contact us, such as Discord and email providers; the website hosting provider; professional advisers where appropriate; and authorities where required by law. Avalor does not sell personal information.

Avalor is based in Pakistan, but some of the services involved, such as Discord, Google, Trustpilot, Binance and Payoneer, may process information in other countries under their own terms. Sellers outside Pakistan should be aware that their information will be handled by Avalor in Pakistan.

Avalor keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Enquiries and declined submissions are kept for a shorter period. Transaction, payment, verification and dispute records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, legal, contractual or dispute-related reasons. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely disposed of. Immediate deletion cannot be promised where such retention is required.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information Avalor holds about you by emailing info@avalor.gg. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have further rights. Requests are subject to legal conditions and retention obligations, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Avalor uses reasonable measures to protect information, including limiting access to seller evidence, payment records and transaction information to people who need it. No website, communication platform or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Sellers must be at least 18 years old. Avalor does not knowingly enter transactions with or collect information from people under 18. If we learn that we have received information from someone under 18 in connection with a sale, we will decline the transaction and handle the information in line with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our operations, technology and legal obligations change. The latest version will display its effective date.
