Avalor

Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. About Avalor

Avalor is a gaming-focused business based in Karachi, Pakistan, operating the website https://avalor.gg/. Avalor acquires eligible gaming accounts, in-game items, virtual currencies, gift cards and game codes from suppliers for resale. These Terms explain the general conditions for using the website and for offering assets to Avalor.

2. Contact and Seller Support

Sellers can contact Avalor by email at info@avalor.gg or through private support on Avalor's official Discord server at https://discord.gg/nJaw7T7qF. Use private channels for any transaction details; do not post personal or account information in public channels.

3. Using the Website

You may use the website to learn about Avalor, explore the types of gaming assets we consider, and contact us about a potential sale. Website content is informational. Contacting Avalor does not create a purchase agreement, guarantee an offer, or oblige Avalor to acquire anything.

4. Seller Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to sell an asset to Avalor. Avalor may ask for reasonable confirmation of your age or identity before proceeding, and may decline any transaction where eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.

5. Submissions, Ownership and Authority

You must provide accurate and complete information about each asset you offer. You must own the asset, or otherwise have the rights and authority needed to sell and transfer it, and you must be able to provide reasonable evidence of ownership when asked. You must not offer stolen, shared, fraudulently obtained, compromised, counterfeit or otherwise unlawfully obtained assets.

Avalor does not ask for account passwords, two-factor authentication codes or recovery codes as routine verification evidence. Where a permitted transfer procedure requires access details, that procedure will be explained and agreed in advance through a private channel.

6. Review and Eligibility Checks

Each asset is reviewed individually. Avalor may assess ownership, authenticity, transferability, applicable game and platform rules, demand, risk and commercial viability. Not every game, category or asset qualifies, and a category appearing on the website does not mean every asset in it is accepted. Avalor may decline a submission for any of these reasons and is not required to explain its decision.

7. Offers, Acceptance and Written Agreement

An enquiry, preliminary estimate or discussion is not a binding offer. An agreement exists only once both parties have expressly accepted the same terms in a transaction-specific written agreement, which may be recorded by email or private Discord message. If a submission is declined, Avalor has no obligation to make an offer and the seller keeps the asset.

The written agreement should identify the asset and quantity, the agreed price or calculation method, the permitted transfer procedure, each party's responsibilities, the settlement conditions and payment method, the unsold-asset arrangements described below, and how transfer failures, reversals and disputes will be handled.

8. Payment and Settlement

Payment and settlement terms are explained during seller onboarding and confirmed before each transaction. The applicable terms, responsibilities, and settlement conditions are agreed upon before proceeding.

Settlement conditions are disclosed during onboarding and documented in the written agreement for each transaction. The seller must receive and accept the actual settlement terms before committing to any transfer. Settlement depends on the terms agreed for that transaction and, where so agreed, on the resale of the asset and the collection of the related proceeds. A completed resale is not necessarily the same as collected funds; marketplace holds, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and similar restrictions may affect when and whether proceeds are received. Avalor does not promise instant payment, a guaranteed sale, a guaranteed offer, or any payment date that has not been agreed in writing.

9. Payment Methods

For sellers in Pakistan, Avalor may offer settlement by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or NayaPay. For international sellers, Avalor may offer settlement through Binance or Payoneer, subject to availability, verification and applicable rules. Not every method is available for every seller or transaction. The method used for a transaction is confirmed in the written agreement.

10. Verification, Records and Lawful Restrictions

Payment providers may require identity or account verification and may apply their own limits, fees and rules. Avalor keeps records of agreements, transfers, payments and related communications for administration, dispute handling and recordkeeping. Avalor may refuse, pause or cancel a transaction where applicable law, a payment provider, or a relevant game or platform rule requires it, or where fraud, a security issue or an ownership dispute is reasonably suspected.

11. Unsold Assets

Avalor's intended policy is to return an asset to its original seller if it remains unsold after 15 days, subject to the agreed transaction terms and a permitted, feasible return process. This unsold-asset period is separate from, and does not set, any payment or settlement timing.

The written agreement for each transaction must specify: when the unsold period begins; how the seller will be notified; how and when a return will be arranged; who bears any transfer or return costs; and what happens if the game or platform prohibits a transfer back, the asset becomes inaccessible, or a dispute or security issue prevents its return. Avalor does not guarantee that a return will be possible in every case.

12. Refunds, Disputes, Chargebacks and Delayed Proceeds

Cancellations, transfer failures, refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, delayed proceeds and disputes are handled according to the transaction agreement and applicable law. Both parties must communicate promptly, cooperate reasonably and provide relevant information and evidence. Responsibility for costs and risks during any return, recovery or dispute is set out in the transaction agreement. This section does not create an unrestricted right to retain funds, deny refunds or avoid legal obligations.

13. Prohibited and Restricted Transfers

You must not use the website or transaction process for fraud, theft, unauthorized access or unlawful transactions, or to transfer assets that cannot lawfully or permissibly be transferred. Some games and platforms restrict or prohibit account or item transfers; Avalor will not ask you to carry out a transfer it knows to be prohibited. Each party is responsible for complying with applicable law and the relevant game, publisher, platform, marketplace and payment-provider rules.

14. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@avalor.gg or raised through private Discord support. Please include the relevant transaction details and any supporting evidence. We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Intellectual Property

Avalor's original branding, logo, website text and other original materials may not be copied or used in a misleading manner without authorization. Game names, publisher names and other third-party intellectual property remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Their appearance on the website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

16. Website Availability

We may update, modify or discontinue website content or features. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every game or category shown will remain eligible. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights where exclusion would be unlawful.

17. Privacy

Information shared with Avalor is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.

18. Applicable Law and Disputes

Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our operations and requirements change. The updated version will show its effective date. Changes do not alter the terms of an existing transaction where a different agreement or applicable law governs that transaction.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@avalor.gg.
